The Chanting 2 follows the story of Sam, or Samantha (Julie Estelle).

The power to call for Kuntilanak – the she demon – has grown stronger inside Sam, quickly pulls her to the dark side. Sam has to fight against her own enemy within. At the same time, remaining members of the ruthless Mangkoedjiwo Sect is running after Sam, and using their most evil way to force Sam to join their circle as their new leader, so that they can still use Kuntilanak for their own benefit. Meanwhile, Agung (Evan Sanders) is struggling with the trauma caused by his upsetting experience with the Kuntilanak. The key to all Sam’s problems is in Agung.
